General Information for Return
For any request for returning or exchange, please always send us an inquiry through info@istorist.de prior sending us the package back.
- Please place returning your items within 14 days after receipt of your shipment.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Are there any charges for return?
- The customers have to pay the shipping costs of the return themselves.
- Because of rapidly increasing energy and logistic cost, EACH item would incur a processing fee of 20 euro, which would be deducted from your refund. Please do check our measurement or contact us if you have any doubt before placing your order, to avoid unnecessary extra cost.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over 75,00€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@istorist.de first.
Please notice that gift or free items cannot be returned or exchanged.
