Shipment

  1. All of our products are shipped with a tracking number. We try our best to offer the best shipping service under the current situation.
  2. The processing time could take 4-8 working days, since some products are handmade make-to-order items. You will get informed per email once the product is sent out.
  3. The delivery time could take 10-20 working days. Concerning the current situation, we cannot guarantee the delivery time 100%, but you are welcome to get your package's tracking information updated by contacting us.
  4. If the product gets lost, you will get 100% refund.
  5. If the package gets returned because it is unclaimed, in this case, we would not bear the loss.

Refund

  1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can send the product back within 7 days after receipt. But you have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Non-returnable Items: products purchased with a certain discount (NEW10OFF, other discount code); products purchased as a bundle, etc. are considered as Final Sale, and are not eligible for return.
  3. Because of rapidly increasing energy and logistic cost, EACH item would incur a processing fee of 20 euro, which would be deducted from your refund. Please do check our measurement or contact us if you have any doubt before placing your order, to avoid unnecessary extra cost. 
  4. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do contact us (info@istorist.de)  before you decide to return the goods back.
  6. Customers have to take the fee of returning the goods back.
  7. If the product is broken or defected with arrival, please do take a photo of that and contact us. You will get a partial or full refund concerning the status.
  8. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  9. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please do take the reference of measurement of each piece in the listing before order.
